Returns & Refund Policy

We want nothing more than for you to be happy with the purchase you have made. However, in the unlikely event that the item is damaged or faulty we will offer you a replacement, store credit or refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch. Any items returned after 14 days of dispatch will not be accepted. Prior to returning any item you must first contact us via our email address hello@dittokids.com.au to start the returns process and to ensure you meet the conditions of returns. If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met any one of these conditions, we may choose not to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted and returned to sender at own expense.  Items returned to us due to incorrect address or non-pick will incur a $14.95 restocking fee as well as any redelivery costs.

We cannot accept returns on dummies for health and safety reasons.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Once we receive your return, we will process within 5 business days. We will notify you as soon as the refund has been processed. This payment will be made via the original payment method. 

 

Change of Mind

For change of mind, we will offer you a store credit / gift voucher providing you meet all the conditions of return. If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met any one of these conditions, we may choose not to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

We will only issue refunds for change of mind on pre-orders or orders that have not been shipped. We will refund the purchase amount minus any merchant fees we may have incurred as a result of the sale.

Change of mind customer’s will be responsible for the return postage costs.

 

Conditions of Return

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Proof of purchase required with all returns.


Refunds
