Ditto Kids Shipping Policy

All orders are directly shipped from Ditto Kids on the Norther Rivers, New South Wales, Australia. We pack and ship orders each business day, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. If your order is placed on the weekend it will be shipped on the Monday. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


We use multiple shipping carriers, including StarTrack, Sendle and Australia Post. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Delivery timeframes vary according to delivery service and customer location.


Orders within Australia over $150 qualify for free Standard Shipping. For orders up to $150 a flat rate of $10 for Standard Shipping will be charged. Any orders requiring the Express Post service will be charged at $15. All Australia domestic shipping charges are quoted based on non-regional areas, if you are from a regional area, you may incur a higher shipping rate. We may invoice you for these additional charges after checkout, if this is the case, you will be notified via email before proceeding.


Once your order has shipped, Ditto Kids can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. We have no control of the delays as a result of the chosen shipping carrier or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight.


If you ordered an item on pre-order, these items will be shipped with 24 hours of receipt into Ditto Kids warehouse. We will note in the product description when we expect that to be. We cannot guarantee these times as suppliers do come across many delays in the manufacturing process, however we will notify you of any long delays. If you order items that are in stock at the same time, we will hold those items and ship your entire order once your pre-order item(s) come into stock. If you would like in stock items shipped separately, please order pre-order items in a separate transaction.



Nothing has changed from our end; your order will still be dispatched within 24 business hours. Please be patient with receiving your delivery and allow some extra time for it to arrive due to Covid-19.
